Form ADV Part II

To register as an investment adviser with both the SEC and the state, advisers use the Form ADV. A two-part form, the first part, which gets filed with the SEC and state electronically, contains information regarding the adviser's 10-year employment and education history. The second part includes information on the adviser’s services, fees and investment strategies.
